✋ Recruitment process

Our recruitment process is fast and agile. As we are small, we focus on the culture fit, and assessing skills based on our discussions.

We aim for a whole process to last one to two weeks maximum as we focus on top-tier candidates who value speed as much as we do.

It is about the fit, and what you do. We are very flexible and like a fast-paced approach.

Step 1

A 15-minute discussion call, to see if we are a good fit.

Step 2

A short technical challenge, depending on your position, to see your skills.

Step 3

We debrief together, either at the office or via a Zoom call

It will enable us to assess your communication skills

Step 4

A visit to our cool office to discuss with the whole team!
